Aggressive two yr old at nursery

When I arrive at nursery to pick my DS up he gets aggressive towards the key workers,but worse towards the other little ones.He throws any object,and charges everyone around me?!!
I have tried bribery,with short lived results.I have tried going straight to him when I get there and focussing on him first,again limited results....Do I just ride it out or is there a another trick to overcome this horrible event?

I work in a nursery and see this behaviour quiet often. So you are not alone. First of all its a phase, dont stress about it.
I would say go straight over to him and talk to him and get him out of the room as soon as possible ignoring any other behaviour. If he thinks he is getting no attention by playing up he will soon stop.
