Does anyone else have a terrible teether?

That's the question really. My DS has been an awful teether with every single tooth and yet no-one I know in real life has had any issues at all - maybe the odd night or so but several of them don't even know how many teeth their baby/toddler has currently got, whereas the arrival of each and every one is burned into my brain!

We are currently on the last four big molars (hurrah, the end is in sight!) but we have two bad months already and not a single tooth in sight. I am used to the sleepless nights, early mornings, slurry nappies and chin rash (although it is currently so bad that my CM would like me to take him to the doctor just so she can reassure the other parents he hasn't got some horrible disease.)

But he also gets very aggressive, usually when they are about to actually come through (this morning he hit my friend in the face, just awful Sad). Is anyone else's DC like this? I am genuinely not making excuses for his bad behaviour - I have seen a pattern clearly over the last year that he is an angel for months and then - bam! - turns into a wildcat at exactly the toothy time. I stopped taking him to playgroup at one time as his behaviour got so bad but then for months he was fine again. Then the canines came...

Just wondering if anyone else's child is bad too as I'm starting to feel like DS has weird teeth or something. Reassure me it will all be over soon...
