Anyone got a toddler with diabetes?

has anyone got a youngster with diabetes? My three year old DD has been acting odd for the last few weeks and looking on the net this morning, some of her symptoms are those of diabetes - can anyone give me any advice before I take her to see the doc?

my best frends ds was 2 when he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, the symptoms were quick over about a week which got progressively worse iirc and were extreme thirst, very very wet nappies especially at night, mood swings and lethargy, the day before he was diagnosed he was really ill, vomiting and very lethargic

if you think your child has diabetes i urge you to take him to your gp as soon as possible as it is very serious and could be fatal if left, sorry dont want to scare you x
