Nappies with rib at front?

My 19month old sleeps with her bottom in the air, so if she wee's gavity takes effect & the wee runs down her tummy & consequently I'm having to change her at night (completely) does anyone know of a nappy with a rib at the front, grasping at straws really!

Have you tried a normal nappy on backwards? No idea if this would work but it's got to be worth a shot!

Some pull up nappies have ruched fronts. I have Nature Nappies which are elasticated all the way round. They are a bit harder to get than say pampers, but are available in big supermarkets and waitrose.

Thank you ladies will try for the nature nappies but in the meantime will go with backtofront, if you know what I mean!
