18 month old screaming when I leave her at nursery when previously she's been OK?! Advice...

I work PT. My DS (nearly 3) and my DD (18 months) both go to nursery 3 days a week. We have to drop off DS first in another room, across from the other bit of the nursery. DD is fine, walking in with him, often will wander off etc...she really seems quite happy int hat room.
Then it starts. We say 'Bye' to DS and head off the 50m to her nursery. She won't even walk through the doors, just sits down and wails. I pick her up. I take her in and she's proper upset. Sad upset, not tantrumy upset. Squirting tears out n everything. :(

I'm sick of leaving her feeling either really cross, stressed or upset and a bit teary myself.
She started at the nursery when she was 1. She loved the 'baby room' and bonded extremely well with 1 particular member of staff.
She's now moved to the 'toddler' room (I kept her in baby room for as long as poss since she was so happy there)...
But it's now been 3 weeks and she's showing no signs of 'settling' when I leave her.
Course, after a bit when I've gone they tell me she stops crying and is fine, and when I pick her up she's never crying and comes over happily - but what would you do cos it's breaking my heart and stressing me out big time?!

I wouldn't worry too much, sometimes it takes awhile for them to settle. She is probably fine as soon as you walk out of the building. You could ask if they have changed their routine with the children, if your still worried.

I got that with DS1... It was awful. He never settled down again in that nursery (left when he was 3.5yo). In retrospect I know that He was just plain bored with the place (he is now 10yo and gets bored of everything quickly).
