My DD is slightly knock-kneed but this is due to having very hypermobile hips. It is particularly apparent when she runs!

I also have 2 friends with DD's who have knock knees - one is now 5 and you would never have known how bow legged she was as a toddler. She never had any intervention and they have just straightened up by themselves.

It is quite common and usually nothing to worry about according to everything I have read on the internet!
