If your DD is 4ft 10"....what size are her feet?

My DD has always been tall - at 2 (or so) the HV said she would be 5ft 11.5" as an adult & we were all a bit but 'whatever'

But now she is nearly 13 & the shortest in her class by a good bit & I am trying to work out if she still has a good way to grow to fit into her feet or if she will be short like me. Also she has been poorly this last year or so, so I'm not sure if that has effected her growth.

So could you help?

Um, I am that tall. I think I'm more 4'11"/5' but my recent BUPA medical report disagrees!

I wear size 3 shoes, but am actually 2.5. It's just that adult shoes seem to generally start at size 3. Needless to say, I live in high heels!

At 10 I was 4'10" with size 6 feet. As an adult I'm 5'4" with size 6 feet.

I remember my mum kvetching about having to pay tax on my boats!

So even her feet are small - she's in a 4

So much for that calculation then (we've spent years telling her she would be tall & the dentist even postponed orthodontic treatment because we thought she would grow)

My ds1 was a very tall baby (came out of hospital in 3-6 months dungarees that only just fitted) he was the tallest at nursery and most of primary- then he got to secondary and seemed average some of his pals towered over him,he also had quite small feet (size 6) then one morning (truly) he woke up and his trousers were 3" shorter........soon after he woke up to discover his shoes didnt fit him and he had to go to school in his Dads size 10s having the day before worn a 7s.

Hes now 6'4 17 years old wearing size 10/11 shoes -hes also skinny despite being quite chunky as a pre teen.

So she might grow still.....I wouldn't fancy replacing her entire wardrobe in one go tho'

My sisters, mum and I all have size 8 feet. My sisters are 5'2 & 5'6, my mum is 5'8 and I am 5'11...go figure !!

Well at least you can share shoes

I was 4ft 10 at the age of 11 and am now a massive 5ft 1 (and a half). I take a size 4 shoe but don't know what it was back then.

I quite like being a shortarse actually.

My DSD is 4'10" and her feet are a 3.5.
