Do any of you have experience of taking their child to far flung places & the effect of jet lag on sleep routines?
Next month we're planning to take our 6 month son to Hawaii for three weeks. At the moment he's a very good sleeper, 12 hours (usually) at night & 3 day time naps (50mins (ish) each).
Of course a 10 hour time difference is going to distroy his sleep rountine ..for a few days ... but I'm wondering just how bad it's going to be ...
Any comments or tips anyone?
