Birthday party lost temper

Attended birthday party today, feeling terribly guilty for smacking 21 month son on hand after hitting/scratching another little boy not smacked before don't know what came over me or him? Really shocked myself have 2 other children aged 16, and 5 not smacked them!

Had to answer your message. It really isn't the end of the world. A whole day has gone past since your very minor transgression. Ask your 21month old son if he has stopped loving you. I imagine he's totally forgotten it.

Ah thank you for your comments I was ashamed and embarrassed as you can imagine ALL the other mums starred with horror! but ok now ready to face todays challenges!
