DD (3) has been having lots of trouble with bad dreams recently. She has a settled bedtime routine - bath or wash, cup of milk, clean teeth, story, then lights out at 7.30 - 8pm. She is always asleep by 8ish. However, she has been waking up 3 or 4 hours later very upset and crying, telling me about horrid ghosts or monsters. I have tried to reassure her and she has gone back to sleep, but the disruption is telling - she is really tired in the mornings with bags under her eyes.
Really don't know what I can do to help her sleep better.
