two year old stammering - just a phase?

My two and a half year old has been stammering for two months, just wondering if i should get professional advice or if this is a normal phase?

I remember my DS doing this at around that age and I did wonder whether to do anything about it... I put it down to him have a whole head full of words and he couldn't get them out quick enough and true enough, as time went on it stopped and his speech is normal. You could always ask for a referral to local speech assessment team (ask GP) if you are really concerned.
