ignore it

don't correct it

don't interrupt her

just let her get it out

its a very normal stage for many toddlers when their brain starts working too quickly

if you interfere / finish her words etc you risk giving her a complex and making it more long term

Both DSs and a number of their friends went through this at a similar age. All are absolutely fine.

thanks, wasn't sure what to do, and our health visitor is useless,

Oh, my DS1 had this, at about this age, maybe a bit younger. It came and went for a while. We did exactly as Twiglett says (which all the books recommend), and it went away. Nothing to worry about, perfectly normal.

Kira was the same and it went on for a while so she went to speech therapy. I don't feel it worked and now 2 years later she has outgrown it

Not saying it lasts 2 years though, just came and went every so often
