poor sleep/poor eating during cold - help re: too much milk at night!

DD is eating poorly during the day and then waking up at night wanting milk - and if I don't give her the milk she wakes every half hour. I realise that the poor sleep and appetite is normal but I don't want to have to give her a second bottle of milk at 2am for much longer!!!

Didn't eat much at supper, few bite of stirfry, ate more chicken and veg than noodles. Half a pot of custard.

Had a good lunch today and mini choc croissant for brekkie.
Fruit and a biscuit for snacks.
Am giving her another choc croissant as I type trying to get a bit more into her before bedtime. Have added cream to her milk. Seems like cold is going to take a while to go, can you recommend any good, filling foods to get into her during the day? I am not very good at making dull food, I like my food with loads of flavour...

She doesn't really go for toast.

I have a cold myself and I am totally exhausted after several nights on my own (DH away on business) and just want to get her to eat more during the day. Any tips?

how old is she? Does she like avocado? Sometimes colds are caused by dairy intolerance you could try changing her milk.

she is 2. Sleep this week has been the worst I can remember for a long time, apart from being unsettled on holiday. Waking every 45 min or so after 11pm till about 2am. NOT GOOD. Can anyone else advise? She's on cow's milk. Doesn't like avocado.
