Parenting classes - please help

I am (as always) really struggling with my 3 yr old's behaviour. He just pushes my buttons to the point, I feel I have no control. Shouting doesn't work. Time out does to a point, but difficult to implement when we are out. I praise all the. Anyway....I guess my point is I need some more help! Please, please can someone recommend a course?

Are you stressed out at the moment? Have any other worries?

Do yu keep him busy? Some kids just need constant input and activity...try to set up loads for him to do....it's a pain sometimes but thats all that heps my little one...otherwise she kicks off!

Praising is good, but make sure you praise for something specific ie " I loved the way you sat nicely and listening to that story at playgroup" rather than "you were a good boy at playgroup".

I always found a G&T worked wonders after a particularly tedious day!
