Trading in reward tokens

I just got these for ds1.

All looks good, and I think he will respond well, but what can he trade his tokens in for? I need ideas on rewards and how many tokens each treat is worth.
how many tockens should he have for chocolate, or playing with his bubbles or ballons? Or a trip to the park? Or one of those 50p rides at the supermarket?

There are 1 point tokens and 10 point tokens, so what would warrant a 10 point token?

Any input welcome, thanks Smile

At 3 instant gratification is good - so I guess 3 tokens is a play with bubbles/balloons, 5 tokens trip to park or supermarket ride and 10 tokens an episode of his favourite tv program or trip to library to pick a special story book for bedtime?

a good one is using them to help at the supermarket like a treasure hunt..."helping" you find the milk etc..letting him put it in the trolley.. rewarding with a high five(how very soccer mom of me)i find the cheesiest responses get the best feedback.ten points a trip to the swings. or letting him skiddle with water in the kitchen sink..(alwaysa favourite in my house)
