2 month old with clamy hands and feet

My two month old daughter's hands and feet are often very clammy. Anyone knows what might be causing it? I am getting a bit worried and not sure whether to take her to see doctor, but dont want to be seen as over reacting.

My dd2 also has very clammy hands and feet - she's now 18 weeks and has always been like it. No worries. Dd1 had it too

My 7mo DS has always had clammy hands and feet too. I used to worry about it but it's quite useful now he's pulling himself up on everything and cruising - provides excellent traction on slippery surfaces!!
