activities for a 2.3YO and a 1.1YO

Hi,

not really sure if this is the right place to post, but wondering if someone can give me some ideas for activities for me to do with my two kids..

I have a 2.3YO Ds and a 1.1YO DD. DS has bags of energy and likes to run. DD is walking, but not confidently.

I am finding soft play areas / playgroups too stressful, as DS is quite clingy and likes me to go with him, but DD isn't confident enough on her own (and, in any case, I wouldn't trust DS not to make a bolt for freedom... he's a bit of a runner so I do need to keep him in sight!)

We do go to parks / woodlands each day and have a good run there, but as the weather gets colder, I'd like to have a few other ideas. Ideally, I'd like something a bit more structured (we currently take gym classes and DS plays football) but that I could take them together (DH away all week, so I'm ono my own with them)

thanks,

I always took my 2 to jo jingles classes together, there's an 18month age gap between mine and they both really loved it. There are lots of groups that do similar classes I thnk, monkey music, rhyme time etc.
