Hysteria at 5-6pm-is it teething?

My dd is 18 weeks old and has been having teething symptoms this last week or so-immense dribble and chewing on anything that passes remotely near her mouth. But this last few days, when we've been getting her ready for her bath at 5.30ish she has become hysterical-screaming at the undressing, the bath and the redressing and also at the start of feeding-is this her teething picking up momentum or is it something else that I am missing? Really distressing to see her so upset! :(

Could she be overtired? What naps does she have during the day? If she isn't already having one then it may be worth trying to get her to have a sleep mid / late afternoon so that she isn't then too tired by bedtime.

Could it be colic? when my DD was that age she would scream the house down every night at that time and it was colic.
