hello

i have 5 month old twins (they were premature so corrected age 4 months). one ds is practically standing. dd when held upright pushes down on the floor a bit but not for long. she kicks alot and can sit for a few seconds unaided so i think has quite good balance - she can also lift her head to 90 degrees when on tummy not that i have done much tummy time. She has rolled from front to back a few times but isnt that interested - her brother is all over the place. she does have much better verbal skills than him though

my question is when the milestones say they should be bearing weight by this age what does that mean practically? ie just pushing down or supporting weight. a little concerned so any thoughts appreciated
