DS will be 5 months next week and I am thinking of ditching the dummy as he pushes it out and sticks his hand in alot of the time.... but can then pop dummy back in if he is unsettled... also he can only keep his hand in when he is sleeping on his tummy in his cot and really struggles in the buggy etc... what do you think/suggest?
thanks :)

I think if you think the time is right then go for it, better now than when he is 2 - 3 years old.

It sounds like he can self settle with his hand, so let him.

Good luck
