Is this normal?

DS is really interested in putting his fingers on my teeth, whenever he can; and not just me in fact, it's anyone's!

Did/does anyone else's baby do this ? I haven't come across this before and am just looking for some reassurance!

He's trying to learn about faces. Get him a baby safe mirror and let him play with his own, hours of fun and no more poking. :)

Also teach him the words for bits of the face.

DS is 11 months and constantly trying to put his fingers in people's mouths - reckon its pretty normal.

My ds did this too, and so did one of his friends (to me all the time). Think its quite normal and they just grow out of it

Definitely normal - my ds did this loads about that age. Now aged 20 months he's completely forgotten about it - and so had I until you mentioned it!

Mine's on elbows at the moment. We had teeth last week. Better than the rolling your eye around it's socket one. Fun!
