Milestone waking ... How long does it last?

DD is 10.5 months

She is crawling and rolling

Problem is she flips on to her tummy and then gets upset as she ends up crawling in the cot or sitting up and can't figure out how to lay back down

Last night it took an hour to get her settled as she was getting upset

Any tips, ideas or advice would be appreciated

My son went through a phase of waking up in the middle of the night because he had crawled to the end of his cot in is sleep and couldn't get any further. It was funny because he hadn't worked out how to crawl when awake yet. It lasted about 6-weeks and then he figured it out during waking hours.

Ah ... Thanks.

I know DS had a similar phase but it seemed to pass quicker
