autism or dcd

apparently a child cant be diagnosed with dcd if they have autism symptons it says so in the dsm 4. does anyone have any comments to add or advice?

The medical people call it Co-morbidity when a person has several different conditions. I think things like OCD and anxiety can go together with Aspergers syndrome.

May be technically correct - as DCD is a developmental disorder and autism is not?
