HI My 13 month old screams pretty much al the time for attention it seems worse when she's eating as she loves her food and wants it fast! I try ignoring her and teaching her the right way-any other ideas for dealing with it as my head hurts! thank you!

Maybe provide more snacks so that she's not starving hungry at mealtimes? Anticipate so that she doesn't have to scream. Keep ignoring the screaming - physically walk away if necessary - but give her lots of praise and attention when she's pleasant.

Its a phase, DS did that for about 3-weeks, then moved on. I didnt think DS was really hungry, just liked screaming for attention. I tried not to change anything I did and just get on with it.
