Help me! DD 13mths - sleeping nightmare

So, DD was sleeping pretty well up until about 2 weeks ago. Did about 8 till 8, sometimes waking up due to lost dummy but settling straight back to sleep. It have even got to the point where I could put in sleepy in the cot with her music on, say night night, and she would settle herself with a few mutterings and drop off. Oh, happy days!

Now though she has got terrible sep anxiety and will only sleep in her cot if she is so zonked out she doesn't know what is going on. If she wakes in the night she stands up immediately and is straight into full on crying (whereas previously we had a window in which if we gave her a dummy back, she would drop back off.)

She is also waking at 4am and despite cuddling and re-settling, she just can not drop off. She lies back in the cot and seems to be asleep, but as soon as you turn your back and tiptoe out, she wails and stands up and you have to repeat the whole process. we have just taken her in our bed as we are so tired.

Any tips? Or is it just one of those phases we have to come through?

The muggy weather and light mornings at the moment is causing quite a few of us sleepless nights. Maybe this is part of the problem? Is her room well-ventilated and dark? Can you pinpoint anything that has changed in the last 2 weeks? Is she teething, for example?

She could also be overtired if she's awake all night long and not settling in the evening. Could she have longer naps during the day? I don't think it's right to put her in your bed btw.. that risks keeping the habit going.
