How do you get an 18 month old to eat more veg

DS is nearly 4 - his veg intake isn't brilliant but he will eat some raw stuff (tomatoes/cucumber/carrots) and then some veggies (carrots/peas/sweetcorn/sweet potatotes ) - not that keen on many more. DD of 18 months won't even entertain the idea. If you put them on her plate she'll pick them off one by one and chuck them on the floor....

I give her plenty of fruit. I make pasta sauce and make sure I put plenty of carrots/toms/courgettes etc in and whizz up. I add a few small veggies to bolognese. I have mashed up squash and broccoli and she still seems to be fooled by it. Any other suggestions ?? Or do you reckon she might get there eventually.

I add fruit puree to her weetabix in the morning...always give her fruit after lunch and then at tea. She'll eat all the carbs - pasta bread rice and pots. She's pretty good with chicken/mince/meat/ fish both in casseroles and plain so she has a good diet but this is the one thing we struggle with...

What do you do to "hide" them ?

make your own tomato sauce with toms and red pepper.

Mix up with gravy

Fresh fruit juice with carrot

carrot/courgette/parsnip cakes

savoury pancakes

courgette cake here I used slightly less sugar and substituted some of the courgette for an apple, but that is because i had only one courgette from my greenhoue to use up.

carrot cake, i usually make these uffins because i think the recipe is better, and much less sugar for dd here

parsnip cake, not made for years and years, and think my old recipe was slightly different here
