"Ds2, come on. Ds2, MOVE! Ds2,please catch up, we are gfoing to be late. Ds2 come here^ please!"

My throat is sore. How do you cure this? Today he ignored me so much on the way home (and I know he hears me) that his brother got an Aero from the garage and he got nothing.

This drives me slightly scatty but I really don't think they can do it any other way.

My strategy is buggy board/sling on my back/scooter if we need to be anywhere reasonably quickly (with threat of STRAIGHT on the buggy board if she zooms off without stopping or is really dawdling) then gritting my teeth and thinking happy thoughts as we saunter down the street at minus something miles an hour if we're got a bit of time to play with.

So going to nursery we're usually quite a well-oiled machine and complete chaos coming home.

I also try to avoid 'appointments' or having to be somewhere at a particular time as much as possible, although that will change with school next year unfortunately.
