Hello
I just wondered whether anyone else has this problem. My DS aged 3.5 keeps retching for apparently no reason. I was just reading him a story and he just started doing it. Now he has got all upset and is sitting on his own in the playroom and he wont let me talk to him. He has done this quite a few times. I am not sure why he does this. He used to be sick when I changed my DD nappy. Yesterday he was sick when my friend said she was going to change her little boys nappy. Also he keeps sniffing. He has been sent home from nursery as he was sick but there is no illness. He said it was because he saw a poo in the toilet. I don't really know how to deal with this behaviour, any ideas?

Sounds like he possibly has as sensitive gag reflex.
My DS2 had to leave the room when he was yonuger and i was changing DD1 or DD2's nappy. Otherwise he would retch badly.

He is ok now.

Actually, i remember DD2 retching and being sick when DS1 picked a bogey and when DS2 showed her his tooth that had come out!
