There's the Murray brothers and in real life I know 2 other sets. Is this a co-incidence or is it quite common?

DH's cousin has twin boys called Andrew and James. Very classic names so I can see why they are a good combination.

They are two very traditional names. If want a royal or saints name for your son they are two of the obvious choices. There is nothing to dislike about them, and both have ok NN. I know an Andrew & James who are brothers.........James is my favourite boys name!
