I'd go for Eve Sophia.

Eva Sophia reminds me a bit of Ave Maria.

Oh dear I guess it does a bit. I could always add another name in between Eva and Sophia, so something like:
Eva Iris Sophia

It's nothing like Ave Maria IMO! Yes, there's a rhythmic similarity but I really don't think anyone would ever think of that.
