Do you like the name Alexia nn Alex or Lexie? A friend of mine is considering it for her dd. Think I like it but not quite sure! X

I probably wouldn't name my child after a neurological condition.

I prefer Alexandra, or at a push, Alexa.

I like Alix. Or Alexandra.

I think Alexa is lovely, nn Alex or Lexie would be nice as well.

I prefer Alexa to Alexia because I think Alexia would be mistaken for Alexa quite a lot and I think Alexa is just simpler and nicer.

How about Alexandria?

I love Alexia. It can be shortened to Lexi.

Wouldnt change it to Alexandra.
