Although I love the name Arabella I know that it will be shortened to Bella and am a bit worried that there will be a million other Bellas in her class due to the Twilight series. Again, love Arabella but my neice kindly pointed out that it could be shortened to Arab and as my baby will be half Egyptian this just wont do!!!

Talulah is very popular too...I would worry there would be too many in the class. What about Amira India Rose?

I like your first choice. Love Amira though -- maybe Amira Tallulah Rose or Amira Arabella Rose? I think Arab is a highly unlikely nn for Arabella. The name is more Ara-bella than Arab-ella.
