When names dont' suit

What do you do when you realise that the name(s) you have given your kids don't suit them?

DS is 5 and there is no way on the face of this earth that his name(s) suit him.

Its abit late to be worrying about names now! Maybe when he's 20 or 30 it'll suit him?
