Most popular uncommon names?

What are the most popular uncommon names for both boys and girls - if that makes sense? I.e. names that we all know and aren't strange or unfamiliar, but just not heard that often. Jasper and Sadie I think fall into this category - any other ideas anyone?

Probably all the names that are outside the top 100 but still within the top 500 most popular names. The ONS produces a list of ALL names registered every year.
