Im not pregnant, or pallning anotherbaby just yet.

Just liked the name and wondered what are opinions are on it.

And maybe a possible middle name because i just cant think of one that would go atall.

Really don't like it at all, I'm afraid!

When I was at grade school (primary) in the US in the 80s there were millions of Heidis, so I do think of it as a name associated with that time & therefore a bit dated.

Not sure if it had the same degree of popularity here at the time, though.

I'm not keen. I don't even know why I don't like it.

Clara, though is lovely.

Apparently Heidi comes from the name Adelaide. Other related names include Adalheid, Adela, Adele, Della and Alice.

I quite like it, for some reason I think it is a similar sort of name to Erica, which I also like. Kind of cheerleader-y.

Love Clara though and she is a nice character in the books, too.

My sister has a Heidi, she couldn't think of a name and I said if I ever had another it would be a Heidi, so as I am not, she used the name, she is Heidi Margaret (Margaret after our Mum).

Gorgeous name IMO.
