How do you say it?
Rose-a-lee or
Roz-a-lee
(Love Rose but doesn't go with surname)

Rose-a-lee

MoneyNoPockets · 03/05/2010 17:05

More Z than S.

What about Rosanna? or Rosella?

pointydog · 03/05/2010 17:21

I think Ipd say rozalee

Magaly · 03/05/2010 18:04

Roza lee

I prefer Rosario. It's stronger. Rosalie is a bit to sticky and sweet at both ends. That makes no sense to anybody but me but I know what I mean. . yes I do

Tidey · 03/05/2010 18:05

Might be in for a mass revival because of Twilight, but it is quite pretty.

Magaly · 03/05/2010 18:09

I thought the girl from Twilight was called Isabella. Is Rosa a friend of Isabella's? (i keep meaning to read them)

pointydog · 03/05/2010 19:04

is rosalie not the blonde 'sister' of Edward?

APassionateWoman · 03/05/2010 19:19

It's Rose-a-lee, isn't it? I've never heard of Roz-a-lee.

Lovely name. Prefer Rose or Rosanna though.

nagoo · 03/05/2010 19:22

we like it here.

StrictlyKatty · 04/05/2010 10:24

I adore it. It's on my list

alfiemama · 04/05/2010 10:27

Its on my list to. Only concern is it may become too popular.

5DollarShake · 04/05/2010 10:46

I'd pronounce it Rose-a-lee. That's also how they pronounce it in the movie - if you want to take Twilight as any sort of guide in these matters.

Is all part and parcel of the Isa/bella, Edward, Esmé, Alice, Jasper revival. I still don't really see Carlisle and Emmett chasing on so much.

5DollarShake · 04/05/2010 10:46

That should be 'catching on'.

diddl · 04/05/2010 11:28

Rose-a-lee.
Prefer Roseline-Rose-a-leen.

oceryo · 04/05/2010 12:00

Roz-a-lee
