Initially dismissed Meredith as too masculine and surnamey but I have recently been mulling it over.

Would appreciate opinions please.

Also, our sn is 1 syllable and starts with 'Mer'. The sounds are different but does it look odd?

Was thinking maybe Meredith Daisy Mer***

Thanks

I love it BUT I can see why you would wonder about using it with your surname

I don't think I would, sorry

Meredith Daisy is a lovely name I think it would be fine with your surname if the sounds are different.

No, sorry, I think Meredith is an awful name. Harsh, not pretty, very unattractive 'ith' sound at the end, like Edith.

Mallory or Sorrell for a girl ?
Was forbidden these for DD1 but that was 23 years ago. DH now in such shock that I don't think he'll notice what I call it.

ooooooops sorry, should have been new post

I like it and lilke it with the surname too. I think Meredith has a lovely Welsh witchy quality, like Ceridwen or Ceinwen.
