DS has choosen Daisy as a middle name so it would be Orla Daisy O'brien. We arent Irish so no accents to deal with. This is the only name DH has suggested that I dont hate or is too popular (Olivia, Emily etc)

Orla is a lovely name and It's not oirish at all at all! Seriously living in Ireland (and being a teacher so I know all the popular names) it's a name which has really dissapeared since my generation were around. I have an English husband with a TERRIBLY English surname so I have had to avoid lovely english names like Elizabeth with my girly.I'm coming at this from the other side we would get stick for too English a name!!! I went for a very irish first name to go with his very english surname as my part in the peace process!!!

But now there's another one on the way....this naming business is exhausting....
