we initially named dd felicity dp favourite name i preffered others which dp vetoed but every time i hear her name called out eg at drs health visitors etc i feel it sounds wrong and cringe . she is now over 3 weeks old and we have been debating if we should change it to arabella her second name .should i just learn to live with the name felicity even though im not sure it feels right and hopefully grow to love it or is it better to change it now while shes young enough not too know . i was unwell both before and after her birth and just went along with dps wishes
is felicity westward as bad as i think ( is there really anything wrong with it or am i imagining things ) and/or is arabella westward any better or worse. which sounds better felicity westward or arabella westward as im really not sure
like both names in themselves about equally think felicity maybe too sweet/ cute
while arabella maybe too posh / harsh
opinions these were the only that both dp and i agreed on
her sibings are tabitha gabriel leighton bethany blake and lydia

I LOVE Felicity, very pretty. Arabella is lovely too and makes me think of this woman: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbella_Stuart. I don't think it's too posh at all - there are plenty of belle/a names atm. Even if you don't decide to change it on the birth certificate, you could call her by her middle name, many people go by their middle name instead of their first.

However, Arabella Felicity works equally well, were you to decide merely to swap them, so you wouldn't have to think of another middle name. Just to throw that into the mix.
