This is something I pinched from another site and the game is called "congratulations"

Each round I'll randomise whether you have a boy, a girl, twins or none.

You then use each rounds rules to name the baby with a first name and a middle name.

I.e.

First: Must start with a J
Middle: Must be of Italian origin
