What are your thoughts on Dylan?

(The back up name is Finn (possibly will use a longer name as the formal name))

Don't like Dylan, I'm afraid.

Finn is ok, but Quinn is much nicer imo.

Quite like it. Be aware that some Welsh people will pn it Dullan - may or may not be an issue for you. Finn is ok.

I'm Welsh- I'd say dullan. Love, love, love the name though.

I'm Welsh and wouldn't have chosen it as I don't like the sound of it pronounced correctly in Welsh i.e. Dullan.

Like Dylan but as Allie said if you are spelling it like that then it is Dullaan.

I like Finn too but prefer Finlay/Finton.

Both names are quite popular if it makes a difference.

Used to live in Cardiff and knew several Dylans all pronounced Dillan, so I think it would only be Welsh speakers who would pronounce it Dullan.

What about Dillon if you're not keen on the Welsh pronounciation?

I much prefer Finn. Dylan is a bit 90s and I picture Finn as a nicer boy than Dylan.
