Which middle name with Gabriel?

John and Nate are available family names, but I'm open to alternatives.

There's a lot going on with the surname so single syllable preferred, thanks.

I loved Gabriel and wanted it if we'd had a DS, but DD was a D, so!

One-syllable names we considered as a middle name were:

James
Luke
John
Zach

but we have a single syllable surname, so ours was going to be Gabriel Alexander or Gabriel Michael after the grandfathers (I couldn't get Gabriel Raphael past DH - love Archangel names!)

Middle name can't be multi-syllabic as it's just too much with our surname.
