Does it immediately make you think of Cocaine?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Nope.

But I can't immediately tell if you have/are having a boy or a girl.

lifeas3plus1 · 26/02/2010 19:52

No, but it immediately makes me think of hundreds of other little boy's I know or know of called Charlie.

thisisyesterday · 26/02/2010 19:54

uhhh, no, it doesn't. in fact, i hadn't thought of it until I read this.

NOW I will though! lol

it's very, very popular atm

No, it doesn't, funnily enough. Should, I s'pose.

Charlie is up there with Alfie and Archie for me.

Used to be cute boys name 20 years ago but a bit overused (g or b) round these parts now sorry

mumoftoomany · 27/02/2010 12:09

I know so, so many Charlies, both boys (Charles) and girls (Charlotte, Charlene), so I'd avoid it.

Tillyscoutsmum · 27/02/2010 12:12

Not at all ... but agree it is very popular atm. I suspect if there was a combined girl/boy list, then Charlie would be No.1

Maria2007loveshersleep · 27/02/2010 14:36

Cocaine?

I think it's a lovely name, both for boys & girls. But INCREDIBLY popular yes. Not that that would deter me if I loved a particular name.
