I swore I'd never post of this topic, but I'm bored and feeling brave so wadda ya think?

Danny
Griff
Dylan

? Bit conventional? How do we feel about abbreviated names without the correct name iyswim?

Can you think of anything in the same vein? I'd quite like something Welsh (I'm of Welsh descent, we live in England so nothing unpronouncable)

I like all of them

Dyfed?

CuppaTeaJanice · 07/02/2010 17:38

I wouldn't say Griff was conventional!!

I'm not keen on Dylan, it's not a particularly interesting name. Danny's ok, I've known a mixture of Dannys but most have been nice blokes.

Thank you cece. I like Dyfed, worried its abit too 'out there' for England?

I quite like it (if you are Welsh that is otherwise a bit )

Garthfield

Gareth

Gethin

LOL no Griff is unusual, bit of a fave because an abbreviation on my maiden name and my paternal grandfather was a bit special. Gethin I really like, but not sure DH will approve.
Any more for anymore?
