DP is Welsh btw. I already have a Benedict and Rex. Or any other suggestions? We are finding girls names virtually impossible!

Romilly is a lovely name not sure about Gwyneth though. How about
Ottilie
Matilda
Faie
Gwen
Agatha
Dulcie
Meredith

I prefer Gryneth. Romilly is lovely in principle, but not so much in practice.

scottishmummy · 07/02/2010 12:55

ROMILLY is lovely
like bethan andf meredith too

Lionstar · 07/02/2010 12:56

Meredith is welsh, you could go with the welsh spelling Meredydd.

I used to like Romilly

Other welsh options: Esyllt (Isolde), Elin, Alis, Bronwen

I like them both. And the suggestion of Meredith too.

hummingbirdhostage · 14/04/2010 17:54

Love Romilly, but then I would, as a mummy of a toddler terrorist of the same name

LaRagazzaInglese · 14/04/2010 21:47

Shaz10 · 14/04/2010 21:48

I wouldn't personally choose Romilly, but that's only because some of my in laws live near Romiley.

EldonAve · 14/04/2010 21:51

Gwyneth

BornToFolk · 15/04/2010 11:23

Romilly is lovely. Gwyneth just makes me think of Gwyneth Paltrow so not so keen...

What about Eleri?

Boco · 15/04/2010 11:28

Romilly is lovely.

also love your other names - rex and benedict are fab

Patsy99 · 15/04/2010 16:55

Not v helpful but I like both. Gwyneth was on our list until DH vetoed it becasue of the too strong "Paltrow" association. Also on the list was Manon (both Welsh and French) and Gwendoline. How about Betrys too?
