brother for Ellis?

Help! Desperately looking for inspiration for a boy's name!

We have a DS Ellis Robert and need our 2nd child's name to go with our chosen middle name of Edward.

Our surname is short so I'd like more than 1 syllable and ideally one with a similar feel to Ellis (not too far out, not too common, not likely to be misspelt or shortened (having spent my life defending my name in its entirety!)etc)..... am really struggling to come up with another keeper :-)

Love Owen! Was on my shortlist for my DS but as hubby and me couldn't agree we asked our 5 yr old DD to choose her favourite name from our shortlist and we got a Dominic ( which was one of hubby's choices!). I can't imagine him being called anything else now!

I like Robin. Rowan and Owen a bit too popular for me.

We have an Owen (nearly 13),and only know of one other. There are no other Owens in his school. Think it sounds great with Ellis

thanks for some wonderful suggestions!! I am loving Tobyn and Reuben (DH has sadly vetoed Robin, I think on the basis of Batman &... but that's men for you!!) and DH still set on Owen.... could be fun?!
