Donovan...

A close friend has just discovered her baby is a boy and wants to call him Finley.

I had Finnian (nn Finn) earmarked... but not sure it feels right now.

Just had a strange feeling about maybe Donovan... nn Donny. Probably with Gregory as a middle name.

I already have a William known for now as Billy.

Thoughts?

I prefer Gregory to Donovan.

Not sure about Donovan, perhaps it is the Osmonds influence on me, maybe a bit 'American'?

Also it doesn't really 'go' with William either iyswim. But then neither does Finnian.

ah you see my big bro is Gregory, so a middle name works better.

Funny I think Billy (or Will when he's a bit older) and Finn do go...

Maybe Donovan is mad... blame the hormones..
