What are your honest thoughts?

Juliette - what spelling would you choose Juliet/Juliette?

Eugenie - Not overly used, sounds pretty to my ears pn Eu-zjen-ie, am I missing something?

Thanks!

Also, it will be constantly pronounced Eu-geen-y.

I love Juliet!

How about Genevieve? I always think it sounds so pretty.

Prefer Juliet. Very pretty, everyone can spell it and it's not overused. I'd go for the standard spelling, otherwise you/she will always have to spell it for people.

I like them both but I bet all Eugeneie's get sick of it being mispronounced. Juliet is beautiful, and prefer the simpler spelling.

Sorry, Eugenies - no need for rogue apostrophe. (slaps own wrist)

fabhead · 15/05/2010 09:18

Juliet but I beg you, spell it Juliet.

Not keen on Eugenie. Juliet nicer than Juliette.

I have a friend called Eugenie and she is beautiful. She does, however, get the nn's Huge and Eugie so if you can cope with those go for it!

Juliet, without doubt. I prefer this spelling. It is a lovely name, classic and elegant.
