Help me please with naming our twins due in May. DH and I both adore Eliza but are having trouble coming up with something we love as equally. Your thoughs on Eliza (not Elizabeth!) and other suggestions are much appreciated. Other DC's are Charlotte Alice & Henry Edward

Oh dammit, i was going to suggest Henry!

As in "there's a hole in my bucket, dear Liza, dear Liza,"
Do you know that song?

what sex is the other twin, btw?

If a girl you could have:
Mary
Polly
Matilda/Tilly
Lucy
(on a completely facetious note, you could always have Beth!)

If a boy then:
James
Benjamin (Ben)
Philip (Sorry!)
Toby

Sorry, inventiveness not my strong point. You seem to favour classic "strong" names so that's where I've gone as well.

I think Eliza can stand alone, although I'm usually a stickler for full versions of names. I like your classic choices so far.

Clara
Adelaide
Eleanor
Beatrice
Matilda
Katherine
Lucinda
Louisa
Victoria
Caroline
Sarah
Emma

Charles
Frederick
William
George
Alfred
Patrick
Magnus
Thomas
James
