IMO fine if you have Italian links, may sound a little pretentious otherwise, but hey, everyone uses names from all over the place now. I do like the name.

OK if you have the relevant Italian/Spanish background.

Bit old lady in those places though.

Prefer the English Charlotte. (or even Carla)

its a name i have always like since reading enid blyton as a kid.....there was a circus girl called carlotta....I just think Charlotte is a bit popular?

I have an Italian / Spanish name and no Latin blood (alas).

I think Carlotta is pretty but it does make me think of the little girl in Mr Galliano's Circus. I don't think that's a very good reason for you not to use it though!

I love it but think you need an Italian connection to over-ride the parking lot connotation.
